About us
Simon Allison is our Principle osteopath and works in the Southwater clinic Monday to Friday. Simon qualified from the European School of Osteopathy in 1998 with an honours degree in Osteopathy and has worked in Southwater ever since.
“Its always been important to try to understand the problem that a person has” Simon explains, “Accurate diagnosis is the key to this and the starting point for treatment. You can’t treat a problem that you can’t identify and to this end I use a variety of diagnostic systems that I have picked up during my career.”
Putting people at ease is one of Simon’s highest priorities when treating them. “People can understandably be very nervous and in a lot of pain when they first visit us and so it is essential that everything is done in a way that enables the patient to feel confident that they are in safe, professional hands. Patients are not generally required to remove their clothes, for example. Many people are just not comfortable taking their clothes off and asking them to do so can prevent them from being relaxed.

Had issues with my neck, back and shoulder for almost a year, had 2 - 3 sessions using acupuncture techniques with Simon and I was back to 100%, I couldn't believe it. Highly recommended.
